Ordered an appetizer and salad bar. Appetizer was delivered quickly and salad bar was great. Women's bathroom was dirty
The waitress was nice. But the food was horrible. My chicken was expensive but very small. Salad was very brown and disgusting. Fries were all salt and nasty. Had to exchange salad for mashed potatoes and you could tell they were out of a box. Very disappointed and will not come again.
Bartender was very attentive and apologized for the delay in our food arriving. The food finally arrived, which was hot and very delicious. Love Ruby's ribs!
If I could leave a zero star I would!! Came in to have dinner with a friend we waited to be seated for 10 minutes! Now this was at 8pm and there was maybe 3 tables seated. Not 1 employee passed us they were all talking among themselves. Now lets get to the food! Our waitress was friendly but the food Im disappointed. I got a burger and fries on the burger had onion rings that were not even hot and the burger was done before the fries so she brought the fries out 7 minutes later!!! The only positive is the fries were hot but completely covered in salt!! I had to scrape off so much salt the fries weren't even worth eating. In the trash they went! This was my first time at Ruby Tuesday EVER and I am so disappointed and wont return. If they can ruin a burger and fries I don't want to try anything else! What a shame and waste of my money!
Customer service was excellent the food was good and the the new waitress new hire Mary such a sweetheart and beautiful I’m coming back there! The manger was also a good lady she try helping me out and overall nice first time visit to Marley station! Felt welcomed
