After pulling away from the Auto-wash tunnel, I had planned to use the manual wash to take care of the job. While pulling out, he walked over again and offered to wash the car himself as long as I fed the meter. It was such a nice gesture!!! He had joked that he couldn't let me leave with my car looking the way it did... I couldn't agree more.

Extremely expensive! The Glen Burnie car wash charges $ 65 for their supreme wash. And you only get 7 washes for that price! What a rip off! They don't even offer a monthly rate for their touchless car wash. You could buy a bottle of rainx next door at Target for $ 7.99 and wash your own vehicle for free!
It is clear that he takes very good care of the services at the Holsum Way location and that he genuinely cares about user experience and customer loyalty. I will definitely be back, especially after repairing the window, to try the Express Tunnel, and start taking care of my car again!
Usually great service. Not today. Employee in red shirt was chatting with driver. I waited 15 minutes and no service from the employee. I even asked if the car wash was working. Employee stated yes. 060617.

Beware that the drive through car wash is not touch less. They call it "soft touch" but it's not really soft.
After pulling into the lot on an early Sunday morning, the owner walked over to welcome me and recommended what wash would be best for my car's condition. (I had neglected to wash my car for months... it was embarrassing.) I would have chosen the Express Tunnel for the ultimate car wash, but a small passenger side window had been shattered from vandalism. After consulting with the owner, he suggested to do the hand wash to take care of the car without risking any damage to the car or the tunnel.
