Piss poor customer service, there security staff follows you around the store as if they are already assuming you had stolen something. To be honest the security staff is fairly creepy makes you feel extremely uncomfortable the way they walk behind you every Aisle you go down. Staff watches children play with the toys in the store as if they were at home. It's obviously very disruptive to The people that are actually in there to spend money. I walked out without buying anything because the store was so cluttered and cramped and you could not get through the isles.
The cleanliness of this Marshalls is over the top, which made for a good shopping experience, but some of their items are priced very high and I couldn't find a single women's shoe over a size 8. Every time I go they don't have my size in shoes and hardly a good selection for women's XL clothing that isn't destroyed or has make up on it.
But I always find something I enjoy and the employees at this location are kind.
Always in and out of there really fast.... Would recommend this store to others indeed
Sales associate Louis was very friendly and upbeat. His customer service was great! He helped me find what I was looking for by not just pointing me in the right direction but walking with me to the item I was looking for and making sure i found what I needed before leaving me. I like this store alot overall but he made it a rememberable experience and I will be sure to return. Only thing I didn't like about this store is it seems that the security kinds follows you around and stares at you like your trying to steal. I come here to spend money an I don't appreciate being made to feel uncomfortable and like a thief. I understand they have to protect there assests but not everyone is here to steal.
