We really appreciated Walter Electric being so helpful in scheduling us for the next day when we had a refrigerator issue. Josh, the technician, was very helpful and the issue was cleared up very quickly. However, since we were paying for 1/2 an hour, Josh also answered questions about a couple other electrical projects we have queued up.
Wayne called me back within 5 minutes of me calling at 10 o'clock at night when we had two of our main breakers go. They we're making a terrible crackling and popping sound dimming our light's. Tony the technician that came out was awesome. This guy new right away what to do and fixed our problem within 15 minutes. I can't thank you both enough for your professionalism and quick response. These are my go to guys for now on with anything electrical that needs to be fixed in my house. Thanks again!
