Its fine, i guess? My mom wanted my hair to be shortened and one layer from in my hair. But they gave me actual layers in my hair! Its like a staircase! Whenever i tie my hair in a messy bun, some small areas that were cut fall out and looks funny. But i just deal with it!
Quick and easy haircut. Didn't have to wait to be called and I didn't make an appointment. The staff was friendly and the price was reasonable.

Went with my daughter (under age 8) 2 times & we both ended up in a chair at same time. Both times, i had a good personal experience BUT my daughter, who has only had these 2 pro experiences ever, did not get what we asked for EITHER time. We asked for an "Angled trim, NOT straight across bottom."(my stylists both knew exactly what this meant & they trimmed my hair so it comes down my back into a soft V shape.). Yesterday, as i pd. our bill, my daughter's hair looked straight across but i was distracted & felt confident that since the manager was clearly told of our disappointment from my daughter's 1st trim there (with a cold, unfriendly person)(mgr. offered no discount to make up for bad 1st experience), that certainly the trim had to be what i asked for. Well, upon leaving, i clearly saw i had wasted another saved-up fund...her hair wasn't even in a U shape at bottom...it is straight across bottom. Ugh. By then, the mgr. had another customer & i didn't want to make a scene. Since that was bad experience #2, & it involved the mgr., I'm posting this review to help others make an informed choice before spending their own hard-earned cash there.
Just left with my two year old son very angry who was going to get his hair cut by "Carrie". Before we were told to come to the chair I asked Carrie very politely if it was possible for my son to sit on my lap since this isn't his first haircut I know that he won't sit alone and behaves better when he is in my lap. She gave me the most disgusting look i have even seen in my life there was no way I was going to let her cut my sons hair with that kind of attitude. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!!!!
