Always good customer service, they have been really stepping up their game in that aspect. Food quality could be better but you can only expect so much from a Taco Bell location.
I'm surprised at the negative reviews. This is the only TB we visit because they are friendly, service is fast, and order is always accurate. The taco bell down the road (north, towards baltimore) on Ritchie Hwy is a mess. Order is always wrong and sloppy. Props to 6656 Ritchie Hwy for being the best Taco Bell around. Oh, and Antoine is the best.
I wish more fast food chains would learn from them!!!! Food is always hot and fresh... Rarely more than a 2 min wait.. Literally, from the time you pull into the line til you the time you get your food -- truly less than two minutes. My biggest selling points are that it is always clean (Very clean) and the employees are the nicest people you could ask for. ALWAYS PLEASANT, PATIENT AND FRIENDLY. ALSO.. Rarely get your order wrong--if they do, they can't do enough to correct it AND give you a free item too make up for it!!!
