They are so bad that they couldn't even deliver toilet paper to their butts on time!

Go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy some para-cord. Tie all your items up and put blankets on/between furniture you don't want scratched.
These people are the absolute WORST. We are moving across the country and the military hired this company to pack our household goods. They literally threw things into boxes without any care or consideration of the items. We found a computer, completely unwrapped and unprotected, in a box with a tricycle. The list goes on. We spent an entire weekend unpacking and re-packing our things so they weren't completely destroyed in transit. Save yourself the time and money and do it yourself or hire someone else.
Ordered a Container for delivery on 9-16, 2017. It never arrived. I spoke with Customer service multiple times, no one could get a hold of the franchise that was delivering but I was assured that it was coming. Monday morning I canceled the order. Communication is poor. I was on hold for over a half hour on many of the calls. Don't bother to use the call back option because no one ever calls you back. I would not use this company ever again.
It really is a great service, and they were very receptive to schedule changes.
They should be rated zero stars. More than half of our furniture was damaged or destroyed. Packing paper was not used while packing glass objects. TVs were only wrapped in a blanket. Belongings were THROWN in boxes as they packed. A glass lantern was put in the truck not even in a box! DO NOT USE PACK RATS if you value your belongings at all.
I was told the entire price at the start. I also knew the storage container was going to move, so I tied everything up. It is a little pricey, but it is a solid metal container, and as long as you pack it properly, it is going to be just fine.
