Unfortunately we came to the skate park and we're promptly told to leave as as county rec and parks had the whole skate park reserved.
We walked our dog here a few times and enjoyed the paved and unpaved paths that seem to go on forever. great views and lots of space. The baseball fields are well kept and so are the paths. I only wish there was a dog park within the property.
skate park needs an overhaul. laurel skatepark is the place to go, sawmill is lame for skateboarding
Plenty of parking, Friendly atmosphere, Has sports parks separated (tennis, half-pipes, baseball fields etc), Restrooms are in a center location.
This is a fun little county park right of Dorsey Rd. There are baseball diamonds, basketball and tennis courts, and shaded walking/ running/ biking trails. There is some parking, but it's also easy to walk to if you live relatively close...the B&A Trail goes right to it. We went for 4th of July fireworks (on the 3rd.) The show was put on by the Glen Burnie Improvement Association and it was a fantastic show! They launched from right there in the park, so the fireworks were really right overhead.
