I have to say that while their selection of fish is very impressive and they seem to be taken care of, the information they gave me was completely wrong. I purchased two neon tetras and a red clawed crab, and was told that I could house them in the same tank, and that neither of them needed to be housed in schools. Well, I got home, put the crab and tetras in the tank, and they were immediately stressed out. The crab started snipping at the fish and I had to separate them and temporarily put the crab in a glass bowl. I googled it, and it turns out that neon tetras are a schooling fish, and to house the minimum number, I would need a 10 gallon tank. It also turns out that the crab species was typically supposed to be housed in groups, and was also known for being extremely aggressive. None of this information was listed on the tank. I ended up having to spend another 50$ buying a second tank, more tetras, as well as a second crab, but unfortunately, the first crab passed away before I could put him in the new tank, since I couldn't put him back in the tank with the fish and I didn't have a proper fail-safe tank with a filtration system and light. As much as this place has some exotic fish and a large variety to choose from, I wouldn't come here again. The staff is very inexperienced, and gave me misinformation which cost a pet its life, as well as 50$ more than I was originally expecting.

i recently bought a bearded dragon and supplies here and i was more than satisfied, he’s grown twice as big in only 2 months and eats so well and is very friendly! great breeders, great supplies, great staff! love love love!!

Large selection reasonable prices. Staff could be more helpful. Always have to search for help, no one comes to you.

Very attentive caretakers. They were willing to discuss details of the fish while on their rounds and offer some helpful advice. The registers were very busy, which might be why others felt rushed. If you want to talk to staff, pick a quieter time to come in. Fish seem very well looked after, which likely justifies the slightly higher prices than the big box stores. Large variety of saltwater and freshwater marine life.

Fascinating place to shop to satisfy your aquatic hobby. Extremely friendly personnel. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They will educate you. It was my first time visiting and everyone was just lovely. First impressions last the longest, and I was thoroughly impressed.

Update - One of the fish died (some kind of infection) and since they're schooling fish, we had to take the survivors back to the store. I had a much better experience this time, a very helpful employee gave me lots of information about what to put in the tank now, as well as advice on TV shows. : )
