Mobile factory stores have the best customer service around! I had purchased a new $350 top line LG Flex 2 phone last year and the motherboard died for some unknown reason. LG needed the original sales receipt to process getting me a new phone or a refund. Well I had lost the receipt but luckily this store here kept in contact with me and found my original receipt. I'm extremely happy with the customer service which was done all over the phone and I would highly recommend buying from this chain of Boost stores over any other.
