The one star is for making me laugh on a rainy Thursday night by proclaiming he could be sent to jail for selling me the prescription dog food.
Groomers didn't seem very professional and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my dog in their hands so we left. They also took 5 minutes to ask us what we were there for in a completely empty room. Talked about random stuff like how tired she was until finally asking... Store seemed very clean and nice though.
Next stop Amazon
Tried to buy prescription dog food with a expired prescription card . Is it my responsibility to keep said card current..absolutely. Is it appropriate for the head? clerk to refuse to honor the card of a regular customer who had used the card multiple times before? IDK
Staff is nice. This location though seems to have trouble keeping the large bag of grain free duck and potato cat food by nutro in stock. And they price their dog grooming by breed? Why not by size or coat length or something similarly logical but less specific?
Great holiday sales!! One sign was rather misleading, so I asked the manager about it. He gave me an extra percentage off!! Very happy!! Super nice staff
Ok prices but a nice store. Has a good selection. Helpful employees that are nice. The salon is great and handles anything you need. You usually can get in and out with no problems and quickly.
