Warren is the best Ive5met so far. Honestly and Knowledgeable. He shows nothing but respect and professionalism and will go out his way to help. I plan to do all my and my wife's bowling needs with Warren.
As someone who used to bowl a lot as a kid with his family, but is trying to get more serious in the sport as a longtime hobby, this was a perfect place to get my first bowling ball drilled! The man that works there (I think his name is Warren) was very nice and was patient with me not knowing anything about the mechanics behind bowling (when he asked, "do you hook the ball" I was a deer in headlights lol). The drilling was done almost instantly and it was perfect for me :). My first time going to a Pro Shop, and I might make a habit of returning once I actually learn how to bowl effectively xD.

Good prices and good service. As a bowling newbie, I was politely walked through Bowling Balls 101 to help me decide on the ball that was best for me. The drilling was quick and easy too. I never felt like I was being pushed towards the most expensive stuff, but more the stuff that I'd realistically use best while I learn to bowl better. I can't recommend this place enough. I"ll definitely be back when I want a pro-level ball or for any of my bowling gear needs.
