Yes they do have the worst customer service and the manager is even nastier
Worst customer service. She was talking to a personal friend. Totally ignored me. No help offered. One eord answers. My money and time is better spent elsewhere.
Have been to this store twice in the last month, used to go often but it's been years. Both times I was there after 10am (opening time according to the door). Yesterday it was 10:40 and the doors were still locked. Only one sales person and the first time she stayed on the phone the whole time until I checked out, yesterday not sure what was going on, same woman, door was locked, 40 minutes after opening time and she acted like she was busy and didn't really want to help at first. Definitely not going back here again. Evidently there are no senior managers paying attention to this store. It' too bad because I like their clothes.
