Employee said they open at 10 on Sundays, so I got to the store at 10am only to learn they open at 11am. (My fault for not checking web site) I waited until 11am and gates were still down 1120. Went to dressing room to try on some items and all employees were busy in side conversations when I needed assistance. Store very messy and cluttered. Unprofessional environment.
I really like this store the manager is so friendly and her accent helps bring out the atmosphere that is always popping. The selection us great and I'm not skinny but the did have a few things in there that fit me. The also have a woman that does expert bra sizes. If your not sure of your size she does it right there with your clothes on of course.
Great customer service. Scratch that - exceptional. I was short 5 cents for a purchase and had to pay a dollar in quarters nickels and dimes and the two girls up at the front didn't make me feel embarrassed at all even though I was just buying sale items and returning an online order 10 minutes after they closed. The girl paid 5 cents out of her own pocket with a genuine smile. They know the definition of customer service and provide it even when they want to go home after hours on a Tuesday night. I will always chose this location from now on.
