I just started coming here and I love Michelle Pipta, she is very thorough and listens to my concerns and explains everything well. However, Monique at the call center is not very pleasant to deal with. She has an unpleasant tone in her voice, almost like it's a bother for her to speak with me. It's quite unfortunate that she is that way since she's the first experience patients come in contact with. In fact, everyone that I've spoken with at the call center is rude!
Pain Management is a comprehensive plan not just medicine. They focus on longer term pain relief.
This place is super GHETTO!! The staff is uneducated. The individuals who work at the front desk displayed the worst level of professionalism I've ever witnessed. I wouldn't recommend this location. Try one of there other locations. This location is full of imbeciles. They all need to be fired!
My old painDr. Closed with no warning, contacted Kure and fit me in within a couple of days. Very polite staff and Great Dr. Makrinos very informative even though couldn't prescribe what my previous Dr. Was giving me, I believe due to the new laws but was very helpful.

I have been working with Kure at several offices to deal with chronic pain from Autoimmune Disease. I was full time in a wheelchair when I first started. Now I walk with a cane or rollater for distances. At home, don't even need a cane.
