EXCELLENT customer service from Robert, he was so polite and helpful. and i am a painter and i was complete dirty because i just get out from work but he treat me like i was wearing suit and tie. Thank you Robert
I've shopped this location 3 times over the past 12 months and I'm never happy with the lack of service. There are more than enough employes working, and hardly any customers but it seems like NO ONE cares to step away from the "post" to offer assistance finding things. I was looking for a simple CD, which the app said was in stock. It took me to forcefully ask 3 employees for help finding this existing CD. No longer a fan of shopping in store at this particular location. I'll just stick to placing my orders via their mobile app. IF I return to a brick & mortar store, it won't be this location and I'll only be there to test products before purchasing.

Very poor. Waited for too long to pay because only one cashier at in store pick up. None at regular cashier. Two people in front of me. I left my merchandise with the greeter. Have a nice day. Also attendant trying to help couldn't grasp the simple request I had.
Had them install a remote car starter for me. After a couple of years it suddenly quick working. I've tried in vain since then to get a repair appointment. They also managed to break the remote unlock of the doors and trunk during the install and refused to do anything to fix it. Abysmal.
