I have had a great, very personalized experience at My Mental Health! Everyone has been very friendly from the doctors, assistants, and receptionists. I have always felt like Brittany listens to my needs and really and truly cares about my mental health and overall well-being. I couldn’t possibly be more excited that they are expanding to include more holistic health services such as acupuncture. Can’t wait to try these new services, as acupunture has been life changing for me. I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a great mental health provider.
I am a 38 year old man. Had issues all my life as many people do. It's never to late to go and talk to someone. It took me until now to reach out. From top to bottom M.M.H. has been great for me. Staff is friendly and listen to you. The doctors there took great care of me. I would recommend M.M.H. to anybody. Don't wait pick up the phone!!! I did!!!
I don’t know where I’d be without Meg and Brittany. They believed in me when I didn’t believe in myself and have helped me make some major positive changes in my life. I love going to My Mental Health because of how warm and welcoming everyone is, and for the incredible services they provide. They also just opened a Wellness Center with massage, acupuncture, reiki, yoga and I think nutritional counseling. I scheduled my first massage as an early holiday gift to myself (Meg and Britt both stress the importance of self-care and I’m finally doing it and able to perform better in all the other areas of my life as a result!) and am looking forward to it since my friend recently received one there and said it was the best she’d ever gotten. Thank you My Mental Health for all you do!
