It really is a good place for good deals. The compliments you get for the rings you buy are more than worth the hassle of dealing with pushy salesmen. They really do try to give you a great deal and their appraisals are more than you pay which is nice. Don’t believe the other review that says they aren’t. Idk what she is talking about. The ring I bought I paid 1,119 and it was worth 5,400 and appraised for insurance purposes at 5,400.
OMG, I can't believe what happened! I walked in and asked about getting my watch battery replaced and the saleswoman told me $35. When I said why so expensive, she said that it was because the price of batteries had gone up. I said the last time I had my battery replaced it was maybe $15. Then she asked how long ago and I said two years and she gave me the face that says she didn't care. Amazed when she said if I went to another jewelry store it would cost $80. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, WHAT LIES!!! I walked out and noticed a kiosk and got my battery replaced for $10.60. NEVER GO SHOPPING IN THIS PLACE, IT'S A SCAM.
My better half recently purchased an engagement ring here. The ring is beautiful but he was told the ring would appraise for a certain amount above what he paid and actually it appraised for less. They let him think he was getting a good deal and really they ripped him off. He was given papers that said the ring was x amount of karate in gold but stamped in another amount. We purchased from this establishment because we believe in helping small businesses but now regret it. We are going to have the ring appraised by yet another jeweler to see what the have to say.. We would not recommend purchasing a large purchase from this jeweler.
I would have give no star. The man working there doesn't know how to deal with his customers. He tries to sell his products forcefully and tries charging for the products that not even purchased. He is calling like every single day and trynna scared us. I recommend everyone not to go there.
