I wanted to post my personal experience dealing with RJR. The owner Ralph is a very stand up guy. I was having trouble with my 05 Navigator and even though i never had any work done at rjr they really went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed in a timely manner. I have never dealt with a more honest, stand up guy. I would recomend this shop to anyone. If i could give more than 5 stars i defenitly would!!!!
Awesome Service wonderful people
I went in to RJR to get a quote on a repair of a dent in the front bumper of my car. I walked in and was greeted by a nice woman and was told someone would be right with me. I had a seat and waited. About five minutes or so later, two gentlemen came in from the outside who I later realized worked at RJR. I was the only person in the waiting room and could not have been missed. However, the two men proceeded to have a conversation about having their houses roofs fixed, laced with unprofessional language, for about 10 minutes or so while I waited. Once they were finished, one of the men turned to the woman at reception who had been so nice to me and said "who is this guy?" pointing at me. I stood up and told the man I was looking to have a estimate made on my make and model of car and told him what the damage was and where. I told him that I was just looking for prices from different auto body shops. Upon hearing that, the man abruplty told me that he was not going to waste 20 minutes of his time for me to "price shop" and that I should go elsewhere. I simply said "ok sir, have a nice day" and left.
RJR Automotive has been our mechanic of choice for probably 15+ years....they are honest and just darn good. If they can't find anything wrong, they will not charge you.....We have had NOTHING but great experiences with this company and would never think about trusting our automobiles to anyone else. Worth their weight in gold.
I have never written a poor review of any one or business before now but I felt that people should be aware of the rudeness that was shown to me and obviously could potentially be shown to any other customer. I will advise anyone who asks me about auto body work to avoid RJR entirely. How they can find and retain customers with the poor attitude I experienced is beyond me.
