The sales reps at Ace were so helpful. I will not shop at any other hardware store. I am looking for an adapter for my portable dishwasher. My faucet is not compatible. One man spent over a half hour helping me look then he got somebody else and she looked for over an hour trying different adapters, but still no luck. I was so impressed with the customer service. I will definitely go back. Kudos to Ace!
Associate asked me if I needed help and then copped an attitude when I actually asked about something. Make up you mind bud. I know you’re 55+ and working the floor at Ace but don’t take it out on your customers.
Great employees here. I walked up to the store at the exact minute they were closing, and they let me run in to make a quick purchase. They didn't have to do that, but I'm glad they did. It says a lot about the kind of people that work there.
