Just like every other home Depot. No issues here.
I had rented a pallet jack for 24hrs. I had arrived at 10am or so to pick it up. I had worked all day and was on my way back that same day to return it before the store closing at 10pm. I ran into road construction and was going to end up arriving at the store at 10:00pm on the dot (according to my gps). I called the store and asked if I were to show up right at 10pm could they help me out as I needed to return it so I would not have to travel 4 hours the next day, etc. The guy in the tool rental, Paul, said no as he leaves at 10 and the system shuts down so I would have to come back tomorrow. I begged him to please give me an extra minute (10:01) and he said no. Then he said that even if I show up at 10pm and 10 seconds it's a no go.
Ben should run the store. Ben should train these other employees there. I will not come back but would hire Ben in a heartbeat. BEN YOU ROCK!! You listened and you saved me an additional 4 hours of drive time. You understand that things happen. Thank you Ben!!!!
Overall this is a great store with great people. I have been going out of my way to come to this store over the one close to me. The only time I have had an issue was the head cashier had a rude mouth, but the managers and other staff make up for her. Especially like Tamara and Tay at customer service. The managers are all great.
All the staff is nice and happy to help. Haven't had a bad experience yet.
Horrible customer service! I was there to buy paint and upon requesting what my painter/contractor told me to go buy, the man at the counter said what I was asking for did not exist. Obviously it clearly existed because I found it on the website at their exact location which is why I went there to buy it. The man at the counter then proceeded to tell me that my contractor and myself did not know we were talking about and walked away from me while I was speaking with him. I promptly let him know that I would not be spoken to that way and asked for his manager. Unbeknownst to me the manager was at the same counter pretending like he did not know what was happening. He also then said there was no manager. I went to the front counter at the store and asked for the manager and was told that the gentleman that pretended like he didn't know what was going on was the manager, Shane I believe his name was. I was treated poorly for absolutely no reason other than they did not want to do their job. At the end of all of this I found the paint in the store myself that they claimed did not exist. I will never use this location again. Lazy and rude employees!
I hung up and called back and spoke to a lady who said she could not help me either. I told her I was driving into the parking lot as we spoke. She said ok come to the front door. There were a bunch of employees still there working. A guy named Ben opened up and greatfully helped out and told me to bring the pallet jack in and that he would close the ticket out- no worries.
