I'd shop elsewhere. The employees have no motivation to please or assist the customer in a timely fashion. I'd skip on buying vanities there as well. Nobody will help since employees abandon that part of the store and hang out in other areas with coworkers.
I live around the corner and frequent this Lowe's often. The store is clean though not always organized the best or have things in stock. Employees are helpful and polite but I have often had to wait in a long line due to only 1 register being open but recently has gotten better. I assume seasonal hires have helped with this.
Twice in the last month the prices on the shelf were 10-20% higher at the register then in the shelf. Some were sale prices , some were not. They sent me to customer service each time after the register rang it up. I waited another 20+minutes each time to get the price advertised at the shelf. They sell a lot of toilet paper inside because they are .......
Had 13 vinyl sliding doors installed with between the glass blinds. Also had 3- 6 feet wide half-round windows installed, 2 of which were 20 feet high off the ground. And. A 12 foot wide double-opening French door unit with 2 side lites. Crews were great. Project managers Mike Reidy and Justin Fisher were great. THANKS.
I've worked here almost 4 years and can honestly say everything Latoshia Jones has said is completely false. Every single one of her comments were just disgusting lies. Every person she has named are good hard working people. Her dislike for the company comes from her immaturity and inability accept anybody with different beliefs then her own bigoted beliefs. She wanted work to be a fun and loving place but didn't realize work is not her church's day care. People have different beliefs and she couldn't handle reality and lashed out by posting blatant lies about people that reflect her own insecurities about herself. She talks about getting a lawyer for "emotional damage" but what she fails to understand is the meaning of libel.
Linda at the pro services counter is awesome. I had trouble ordering some cabinets. She very efficiently stepped in and handled it.
