First experience at this restaurant was absolutely horrible. I placed my order ahead of time due to my busy schedule hoping to just walk in and pick my order up. When I arrived, the cashier informed me all orders are made when they are ordered. I preceeded to clarify my question, so I then asked, "so pickup orders are not already prepared and ready", she replies, "nope, all orders are freshly made". So I waited and waited. Eventually, I became inpatient and went back to the counter to ask how much longer for my order. This time a guy was around the counter and informed me my order was ready and sitting on the counter the entire time. So this delima could have been prevented had the cashier listened and if she was proactive. Instead, she told me multiple times, all orders are made once they are ordered even after she was informed this is a pickup order. Horrible customer service. If you don't have time to waste, don't come here. Money wasted on poor customer service. Will go elsewhere for lunch.
I've been to this location a few times. In the beginning the quality was below other locations and I didn't mind, that happens. The last time I visited there was hair in my food and 2 other people complained of hair. Not just one hair, a bunch of shaved short hairs. Utterly disgusting.
Tasty food, reasonable prices, good portions, excellent variety. The kids menu is excellent.
Never really had any problems with Noodles franchises. They are all usually great with service and the food. This one is no exception. Good stop for a quick grub.
