Had a great experience at this Avis. Should I need to rent again, I wouldn't mind returning.
I looked online to find the best deal. I made a reservation but the site said it would be cheaper if you paid in person and not on line. I took a copy of the online reservation with me to the site which happened to be a combo AVIS/Budget site. they were busy that afternoon. she gave me the contract, on which she had written "BUDGET" in large letters, and it was a different amount so I questioned it. she told me after I had rented it for 7 days, the deal would kick in and they would take the extra off when i returned the car. i returned the car after 9 days and the clerk told me that I had rented through AVIS and that he would not honor my BUDGET reservation and deal. on review of the contract, in VERY small print, no different in color or type or size than anything else on the page, it says Avis. I got completely swindled. DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL SITE!!!!
