The team is brilliant, enthusiastic and excellent focused customer service. Their brand in delivery of services is what consumers deserve and want!
They have the worse customer service ever. Very disappointing. This was my first time using Hertz's and the last time. I will never use them again or refer anyone I know.
Their customer service is non-existent. Their representative is rude and lazy. First, they had no cars to rent. Then the rep told me that he had three cars coming in that afternoon and that he would call me when they arrived. He never called, I had to call him at 4:30pm (they close at 5:00pm). he initially said they had no cars then he said oh one just one in. This was also a lie because the car came in almost two hours prior to that and it was too much effort for him to call like he said he would. Then I told him I was on my way and that I would be there before five. He said no problem, he'd be there. When I arrived, they searched for him, but it turns out he left over five minutes early when he knew I was coming. They wasted my time and created a problem by not having a car available. I am now going to rent from Enterprise and NEVER again from Hertz. What the say is true; It HERTZ to rent from them. Don"t waste your time or money.

Make sure to watch yourself when renting from these scam artists. They tried to charge a "smoking" fee on us. Neither of us (wife and I) smoke but the car we rented smelled like a thousand black and milds were smoked in the car previously. We would've switched the car out but we were headed out of state for the weekend and did not wish to wait any longer. While the car was very clean the smell was so awful we went out and bought our own air fresheners to combat the black and mild smell. Please people be careful, they will screw you over.
This location no longer exists. It shows up on the internet when you Google it, but the address and location are a bobs automotive collision center. Freaking ridiculous.
