Absolutely the worst service in car rental. Long wait times. I waited 45 minutes in line. By the time I got up to be next in line there were 25 people waiting. Only 2 workers and one went to lunch. They should hire at least more person to serve customers. They were the cheapest in price and my car was quite nice to drive, thus the one additional star.
