When redoing our living room and dining room a few years ago, after much shopping around, this store had just what we were looking for! The whole experience then-from selection to delivery and set up- was totally great! We went back there again to update the tables for the LR-since we had passed on that previously- and again, found just what we were looking for...at a wonderful price! Courteous, helpful, prompt, and professional staff members Natalie, Kristen, and Marilyn assisted us in our decision making this time. Love the staff, quality, selection, prices here... and the set up of the showroom to look around with ease.
Love this place! The selection is really great. I am pretty particular about furniture and have a very specific style that I like (rustic, country, simple, not overdone) and I am rarely able to find this at furniture stores. Every single time I've gone here I have found not only one but several pieces that I love. If this isn't your style - no worries because this place has furniture for every taste! There are plenty of pieces here that I wouldn't buy but that are lovely. Julia is especially great! We have worked together each time I've made a purchase and she is very approachable, super friendly, and really listens to what you're looking for and makes recommendations accordingly. She is always willing to answer questions and it feels as if she is just furniture shopping with you rather than asking you to buy a certain piece. Her personable approach makes me so much more willing to shop than the pushy salesman approach which I never have and never will appreciate. Highly recommended over all other furniture stores in the area.
We could not have had a better experience shopping for furniture. Steve Eutsler gave us the space to shop without being hassled and was there when we needed him. He helped us make sure the furniture we selected would fit in the space we had available and made helpful suggestions as far as style and fabrics. With Steve's assistance, we ended up purchasing a few rooms of furniture that will look great in our new home. We went to other stores but left due to the sales pressure. Steve gave us the space to look around and was there when we had questions. His suggestions were helpful and he was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend Steve to my friends and family in the future.

Purchased bed, bedroom suite and counter stools. Steve was very good and helpful! Low pressure but able to help us as we needed it! He worked with us and his manager Marilyn on pricing. Which helped in our purchases!

Great experience at Gavigan’s. The sales person, Alvin, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. He answered our questions and made recommendations. The store manager was also very helpful. We bought a living room set and were very happy with the sales offered. Overall, we were extremely pleased with the customer service we received. We would highly recommend them. Very nice selection of furniture and home accessories.
