Sorry Buyer's, I mislead you. The Salesman are great they just don't have in Stock what you purchased. So if you can't CASH & CARRY do not buy. It 2 months to get what I paid in full for and then go pick up. Because they would not deliver as promised.
After doing the furniture store rounds for the labor day sales we landed on Regency. We worked with Jim and he was patient and helpful in trying to find what we needed. I had never heard of this company before so I didn't know what to expect when walking in the door. The show room was nice and bright and well organized. I believe that the furniture that we purchased is a good quality and we got a great deal on it. The down side is the computer program that the sales people search for the furniture pieces is a tedious process. This leads to a lot of effort searching for the sales person and waiting for the customer side. I feel there could be an improvement in that area. But all in all, I had a positive experience. When furniture shopping again I will definitely stop by Regency.
I ordered a table from Recency 2 weeks ago. They don't call to inform you the status of your item then because they don't have the item in stock and you want to cancel. They want to charge you a cancellation fee for an item that you don't even have yet and won't be in stock for six weeks. I will never buy again from them. Make sure before you buy an item they have it in stock. Be aware.
They sell their floor models the same price as their new pieces. Called manager to resolve issue, have not heard anything back. Staff was not friendly. Would skip this store- much better furniture places on Richie.
