Bought a bedroom set, service was really good in the store, so was pretty hopeful at first. The delivery got split into 2, one a week after purchase date and the other 2 weeks after the first. Delivery was supposed to be free, but got charged seperately FOR BOTH. Delivery guys scratched my hardwood, then told me it was already like that even when I showed pictures to them. Every piece of furniture was damaged in some way: scratches, corners mashed in, etc... ended up getting a refund, but still have to pay for the free delivery, they won't refund it even though it was supposed to be free from the beginning. Absolutely terrible, do not let the service in the store fool you.
This place should be called no – value city. I bought a chair and a couch for my living room upstairs, as more or less just display furniture in my house. We do not use that room or sit on that furniture at all. Within one month all of the seams started coming out of the pillows and all of the threads are coming out of the side of the chair. Delivery drivers were extremely rude and also had issues upon purchasing the furniture between two associates arguing with each other over who would get the commission for helping me I guess. This Place has no value in what it is selling and how they represent themselves to customers. Save your money and don't go here. Big lots has better quality furniture if you're on a budget.
Misleading warranty information. Go to Ikea, one year return and refunds.

Found a couch that I absolutely adored at a reasonable price. The day of delivery the delivery "men" decided that the couch wouldn't fit through my door after about 2 minutes of trying to shove it through the door straight up the stairs. It was annoying that they didn't try to turn the couch on a different angle or something. They wouldn't take suggestions on how the couch could fit through the door or accept assistance from a friend of mine trying to help them. They were insistent that the couch just wouldn't fit through the door after no real effort of trying. The door is standard size, and I know people in the neighborhood with much larger furniture that somehow fit through the door of their apartment. Now my options are to try to get it delivered by a third party or find another couch. Very inconvenient and ridiculous! I'm definitely going to take my money and find a couch somewhere else.
