Extremely happy with the customer service received. Arrived after the Parts shop had closed extremely low on DEF and customer service went out of their way to get me topped off. I was very impressed and have full intention of taking my truck there from now on for all service/maintenance!
I LOVE Bob Bell. I had an electrical glitch caused by a Progressive Snap Shot (car insurance dongle), and I had my 2016 Ford Explorer serviced at Bob Bell. I could not drive the car, so I called them, and they dispatched a tow truck to pick up my car.
All of the folks at Bob Bell were professional, courteous, and concerned about me. They all did great work. I could not be happier with my friends at Bob Bell, and if I ever have another problem, they will be the first and only place I call.
Normally the Quick Lane (with appointment) works well--one hour wait for oil change/multipoint inspection etc. The past two visits not so much . . .in both cases I arrived on time for my appointment yet it took 90 minutes (first instance) and almost an hour and 45 minutes for the most recent visit. I know from previous experience that the actual time required to service the vehicle is approximately 30 minutes. The last visit the vehicle sat in the service lane untouched for an hour. What is the point in making an appointment if they are not honored?
My salesman Emanuel was extremely helpful and not pushy in the least. Jeff in finance was also extremely helpful, I appreciate the team effort in making my purchase happen. I am planning on purchasing another vehicle in a year or two and will be returning to bob Bell for sure. Would 100% recommend Bob Bell to family or friends.
It took a few days to troubleshoot, but Robin (the service associate) called me each day to give me an update. She was the nicest person and answered all of my questions.

Phenomenal experience! Chris Goodwyn was easy to work with, pleasant, professional and friendly. He never put any unwanted pressure in the sales process, which I truly appreciate. The process felt honest at all times and he was quick and efficient. They gave me a surprisingly good deal on my trade-in and the whole process took just a couple of hours (yes, in just about two hours I walked out with my new vehicle!). I would go back and purchase a vehicle from Chris anytime!
