I'm generally antsy at dealerships. The margins are low enough (usually) that it's difficult to be straightforward and survive, hence the stereotype of the sketchy salesman.

I haven't used your service department yet but have heard that it's very good. I live in Towson and have a 2015 Honda CTX700 DCT and when it's due for service I will definitely bring it to your service department.

I had called a few days ahead of time to get an out-the-door price on a bike, and noted it down. Arriving in person, I asked again for it (wondering if it would be different) and it was spot on. Good sign.
They gassed it up and charged the battery while I talked to the the financing guy. He was informative and actually answered my questions without sighing or upselling me on warranties, service contracts, etc. It was quite refreshing actually. They actually got me out the door sooner than they had even let on at the beginning with a better % rate than I could have gotten from my bank. Great experience overall!
I purchased my Honda Forza over the summer (new, leftover from 2014.) Got decent deal on it, seat was trimmed down (great job, thank you), all went well. Within 2 weeks I checked tire pressure-it was on not registering. For a minute there thought I had a flat or valve leak. It was just no air. Front still getting weekly checks. Will address at 600 Mile service/oil change. Not cool. I rode that bike home on 695 with what tire pressure? As for 600 mile oil change I hope it's more then oil and $15.00 filter that's getting changed for $189.00 plus parts I was quoted.
