Just thought I'd share the amazing experience I had with Tate Dodge Chrysler Jeep on Ritchie Highway. This was my second time purchasing a vehicle through them and they never cease to amaze me. After purchasing a vehicle two weeks ago and second guessing myself, I went back and asked if it was possible to swap it out for something else. They reassured me that they would do whatever it took to get me into something I felt comfortable in. The entire staff (including Judy Longobardo in Sales) was patient and test drove cars with me all week long until I was finally able to find something I liked. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer. For anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle I highly suggest purchasing through them! It's nice to know that there are some honest and trustworthy car salesmen out there!
This place was great to me - I brought my Jeep in to have a known issue fixed, and when it was discovered that my warranty was under by mileage, but over by date by about 25 days, they did everything they could to still get the repairs covered. Everything is now fixed and I didn't have to pay. I am extremely grateful. They were also able to finish about a week earlier than expected. Thank you!!!
