The whole crew at Maxx Drive Auto made the entire buying experience easy and pressure-free! I never make a big decision on the spot and I was not pressured to do so. Sure enough I came back the next day and bought the car. They made sure I was satisfied every step of the way and happily answered all 5 million of my questions. I have since told multiple people to head over there when they're ready for a new car! Best experience I have had buying a car EVER. They even have toys and Netflix for the kids so they're not bored to tears! I'll be back in a few years for my next vehicle.
Today I met with Vince about a used Hyundai on the lot. Vince's customer service skills were great. I walked in the door where there were three others and no one ever looked up and acknowledged that I was there at the least to speak. The young lady never held her head up and when she left she walked right by me and never spoke. The manager who wrote the papers shook make hand as if he didn't want to. I really liked the car but I felt like my business wasn't wanted. Even though I didn't purchase the car, Vince is a great salesperson and that's how they earned one star. Thanks Vince.
