Love the people here. I bought my last two cars from them and they are so kind and helpful. Really professional and have a great vibe. I don't wanna buy a car unless it comes from enterprise.
My mistake I should have reviewed in the office , the finance person appears to have requested a larger loan then we had plan for slowing the process and adding things that I would have l left off.
I was going to arrive after the store closed because I was confused on the store closure for Saturday. As we were rushing to get there I received a courtesy call from the manager who simply wanted to be sure I needed the van before leaving though the store was minutes from closing or had already closed. I was so impressed with the fact that he went beyond the standard to ensure my weekend was not ruined because of my lateness to his office. That's what I call service! Thanks Enterprise! You're obviously training your folks to go above and beyond in customer satisfaction! Kudos! Give that manager a raise!

As a first time car buyer my experience at Enterprise Car Sales was effortless! I sat down and shared what I wanted and they carefully evaluated everything, to place me in the perfect vechicle. There were no hassles, no waiting all day and I got to drive off with the perfect car!
The tire warranty has been a very unpleasant experience at 2 weeks the side of the tire cracked and I was limited to using firestone or pep boys, I had to leave the car over night for a tire! When I picked up the car after checking to make sure it was approved pep boys was going to charge me! I had been told at enterprise that tires had been replaced with all weather tires. It's a very nice car but I am feeling a little bitter and foolish.
I rate them 5 stars, because they gave me exceptional service and I knew that the car I bought was the one for me. They asked me what features I wanted and wow they had the perfect car. I love this car and all its features, but mostly that it is safe and has the room I needed.
