I called in the morning and I was able to get service done the same day. I dropped off my vehicle and the shuttle took me back home. I was picked up and the valet brought my car around. I had a a great experience with all of the staff. I wanted give 5 stars but I requested an oil change along with replacement of the recalled airbags. I didn't get the oil change but the cashier was very apologetic. Otherwise, great experience all around!
Walked in the dealership after a late lunch and had a gorgeous CR-V before dinner. Kenny was the best car demonstrator ever. He spent lots of time explaining how all of the bells and whistles work. Mel in finance was great and helped me find the loan with the lowest rate. Tim the manager checked on us several times. Just an extremely pleasant buying experience. Would recommend Brown's Honda in a heartbeat.
The response I got from Mr. Smelser stated "No Problem, good luck on your purchase." Typically in this line of work you would want to attract customers and make sales, this doesn't seem like the way to do it.
Made an online inquiry for the 2018 Civic Type R that is currently available for purchase at their location with a $10,000 markup. I stated that I wasn't interested in paying a $10,000 markup for the car. I understand it's new and somewhat limited but this is the 2018 model and Honda is producing significantly more than what they did for the 2017 launch model.
We have purchased 2 cars here and have had great experiences both times. PJ is an amazing salesman and made the whole process fun and easy. He made us feel like we were his only clients and the most important people to the dealership. I can't say enough good things about them. Best car buying experience ever!
